Returns

We’re so confident that SnoreMedic will put an end to your snoring that we’ll let you return it for a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied. To qualify, a return authorization number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. To initiate a return, please request a return authorization using the link below.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. The cost of shipping and return shipping ($3.15) will not be refunded.

Incorrect or damaged products

If you have received the incorrect order or a damaged product, please fill out the Order Questions form below to initiate an exchange or refund.

Shipping

To return your product, please fill out the return request form below. You will be responsible any shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our automated return portal, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and will deduct the cost of return shipping ($3.15) from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next we suggest that you contact your credit card company or bank to verify whether the refund has been processed. It may take up to one week before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@snoremedic.com
