How does it work?

Snoring is caused by a partial obstruction of the breathing airway. This obstruction occurs when the muscles around the upper airway relax, partially blocking the airway and causing the noise we know as snoring. This results in a lack of oxygen, often leading to serious health problems including excessive daytime sleepiness,  increased risk of heart attack and stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
